About Us
Where we began
Our dream is to help Australians improve their water quality — in homes and businesses — just as we’ve done across Japan and other countries.
Founded in 2020, right before the pandemic, UFB Global Standards began with a simple vision shared by Shun (Co-Founder) and Kohsuke (Founder): to bring cleaner, more sustainable water technology to Australia.
Shun, born on the Gold Coast, and Kohsuke, who moved to Australia over a decade ago, both saw how quickly the country was growing — and how much potential there was to protect new homes, the environment, and even people’s skin without relying on harsh chemicals.
That vision was the start of UFB Global — until COVID-19 hit, threatening to shut everything down.
The Challenge
COVID was something none of us expected.
In the middle of trying to secure our exclusive contract with the developers of UFB Dual™, we suddenly faced border closures, shipment delays, and financial uncertainty. What was meant to be a time of growth quickly became a fight for survival.
But through persistence, late nights, and strong support from our partners in Japan, we managed to keep the project alive — and bring ultra-fine bubble technology to Australia when the world finally reopened.
Our Purpose
The cost of living in Australia keeps rising every year.
Families are spending more time and money maintaining their homes — on cleaning products, appliance care, and even skin treatments for irritation caused by harsh water.
After installing more than 20,000 UFB Dual™ systems in Japan — a country known for its innovation and precision — we knew this technology could make a difference here too. Cleaner water, longer-lasting homes, and a healthier way to live — all from one simple installation.
Born from Challenge. Built for Australian Homes.
We’ve come a long way since those uncertain days in 2020.
What started as a dream to share Japan’s advanced water technology has grown into a mission to redefine how Australians experience water — cleaner, safer, and more sustainable for generations to come.
